Old Man Emu GVM Upgrades

Many modern day 4WDs can quickly exceed their factory GVM once you start adding accessories, passengers and all the gear for a weekend or a week away. Exceeding your vehicle's GVM is not only illegal but can become dangerous and may void your insurance in the event of an accident.

To overcome the issue, a GVM upgrade may be required.

If the GVM upgrade is fitted to your vehicle by an authorised Old Man Emu installer prior to registration, it can be registered according to its new, increased GVM. This process ensures that your vehicle's upgraded GVM is legal in all states of Australia.
